Dr. Ndibe Ogochukwu John is a highly experienced public health physician and healthcare administrator with over two decades of leadership in Nigeria’s public health system. He retired as Director of Medical Services, Anambra State Ministry of Health, where he also contributed to regulatory oversight of healthcare facilities.

He worked extensively with international organizations including WHO, World Bank, UNDP, Global Fund, FHI360, and KNCV Foundation.

Following his retirement from public service, Dr. John continued contributing to global health as a State Consultant for the USAID-supported KNCV COVID-19 response project (2020–2022).
